复杂性思维作为一种新的方法论,已经成为自然科学的新范式,已被人文社会科学的理论研究者所广泛重视。它具有非线性、整体性、关联性、多样性、过程性等特征。用复杂性思维去审视我国当代主流体育理论,不难发现其中许多理论命题的困境。体育研究的复杂性,内在地要求思维方式的变革。用复杂性思维去推进体育研究的创新,有助于实现体育研究的整体化与多元并存,加强体育研究的反思意识,实现研究方法的进步。

As a new-style methodology, complex thinking has become a new paradigm of natural sciences. It is greatly valued by theoretical researchers of social sciences. It has the characteristics of non-linearity, integrity, association, multiplicity and process. In the light of complex thinking, lots of predicaments and problems can be found in the propositions of current main physical education research theory in our eountry. The complex character of physical education research intrinsically requires innovating the way of thinking. Complex thinking can be employed to help promote physical education theory research so as to realize the co existence of integrity and multiplieity of physical edueation research, strengthen reflective and innovative and achieve comprehensive research methodology.
