摘要
山西省农业科学院谷子研究所以长93-5029为母本、中间材料85矮1号为父本进行有性杂交育成的冬小麦新品种长麦5079,在2003-2005年山西省中部晚熟冬麦区水地一组区域试验中,折合平均产量达6 316.65 kg/hm2,较对照品种京冬8号增产14.5%。2005年经农业部谷物及制品质量监督检验测试中心(哈尔滨)检测,其籽粒含粗蛋白(干基)14.61%、湿面筋30.50%,沉降值18.50 m l,稳定时间1.0 m in。适宜在山西省中部晚熟冬麦区水地及下湿旱地种植。
The new winter wheat variety, changmai 5079 was bred by Millet Institute, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, using Chang 93-5029 as female parent and middle material 85 Ai No. 1 as male parent. During regional test of middle-late mature winter wheat in irrigated area from 2003 to 2005, its average yield was 6 316.65 kg/hm^2, and more than the contrast Jingdong 8 by 14.5%. The testing results of Testing Center of Quality and Inspection(HaerBin) Ministry of Agriculture indicated that the seed contains crude protein (butt) 14. 61%, wet wheat gluten 30. 50%, sedimentation value 18. 50 ml, stability time 1.0 min. It suits to be planted in irrigated areas of late mature winter wheat regions and dry land areas in middle part of Shanxi.
