摘要
采用菌土置入法对大白菜进行根肿病抗病接种鉴定;根据大白菜核基因雄性不育复等位基因遗传假说,对26个抗根肿病自交系育性基因进行测定。结果显示,自交系中以纯合显性恢复基因型MsfMsf为主(17个,占65%),纯合隐性可育基因型msms也比较常见(6个,占23%),同时发现了杂合体的可育基因型Msfms(3个,占12%)。通过特意的试验设计验证:抗性基因(R、r)与育性基因(Msf、Ms、ms)是独立遗传关系。
The relation between clubroot resistance genes and fertility genes in Chinese cabbage were studied . In accordance with Multiple Allele Hypothesis of Chinese cabbage, genotypes of 26 self-lines with resistance to clubroot were identified by sexual hybridization with AB742 and 47A. 3 genotypes (Ms^f Ms^f, Ms^fms, rosins)were discovered. 17 of them were MsfMsf ,6 were msms and 3 were Msfms. A special design was carried out to test the relation between clubroot resistance gene(R,r) and fertility genes(Ms^f,Ms,ms). The results showed that they were inherited independently.
