摘要
针对碱性嫩黄O干燥系统能耗高的缺点,对干燥主机和加料机结构进行改进,使干燥主机处于微负压操作的工艺流程。与原工艺相比较,改造后的工艺不仅使产品产量有所提高,而且节能效果明显。
Aiming at the shortcomings of large amount of energy constaned in the drying system for producing basic flavine O,the structure of dryer and feeder were modified, and the dryer running under tiny negative pregsure. Compared with the old process, the new process could not only improve the product quality, but also save energy sources obviously.
