Knowledge is the food of the learning enterprises. It nourishes the growing of the organization. Chinese companies have to find out their own disadvantages and western companies＇ advantages for sustainable development. This article compares and analyzes the knowledge management in Chinese companies and Western companies, according to the technology means、investment、knowledge acquiaition、knowledge share and its application.
