低温胁迫下4个苜蓿引进品种SOD、POD活性的变化

The change of SOD、POD activity in four kinds of fetched in Medicago L.under low temperature stress

对4℃低温下4个苜蓿引进品种(MaYa,ABOUND,ASPIRE,DOBLONE)的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行研究,以筛选低温适应性强、适宜黑龙江地区种植品种。结果表明,ASPIRE和DOBLONE对低温的适应性较好,适于低温下种植。

Changes of the activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD） and peroxidase（POD） under 4 % in four fetched in Medicago L. （MaYa,ABOUND, ASPIRE, DOBLONE） were studied to collect the excellent breeds against low temperature for cultivate in Heilong Jiang province.The results showed that the two better breeds were ASPIRE and DOBLONE.
