摘要本文综述了有关β-葡聚糖对水生动物抗病力、细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响以及其免疫机制。The influence of β-glucan on disease resistance,cell immunity function and humoral immunity function and its mechanism in aquatic animal were reviewed.
