摘要 人工关节是在冶金学、生物材料学、生物力学和矫形外科学发展的基础上设计出来的关节假体,用来替代已经破坏和失去功能的人体关节。人们根据全身各关节的特点,设计了各种不同的人工关节。人工关节中又以人工髋关节和人工膝关节的效果最为肯定。其他,如人工肩关节、肘关节和踝关节等置换目前也在开展之中。
