摘要 应用“有效氯微量快速测定试剂盒”对含氯消毒剂原样和使用中的消毒液有效氯降解进行了研究。结果表明:“84”消毒剂在30℃恒温下有效氯释放最完全;强力消洗宝和氯胺B溶液在低温环境下含氯量优于高温组;有效氯浓度随用量的提高而增加,随作用时间的延长而下降。有效氯含量与出厂日期、储存时间、使用时间、使用频率成反比。通过对有效氯含量的监测,可控制消毒剂质量,指导护理人员根据消毒目的和消毒对象合理选用,及时调整使用浓度,确保消毒效果。 The original samples of chlorine-containing disinfectants and disinfectants in use were examined for effective chlorine by using“the kit for quick determination of effective trace chlorine”.84-disinfectant showed complete chlorine release at constant temperature of 30℃.The chlorine levels of“ potent Xiaoxibao” and“ Chloramine-B Solution”were higher at low temperature than at high temperature. The concentration of effective chlorine increased with the volume of disinfectants in use and decreased with the time of use. The effective chlorine level had a negative correlation with the storage time, use time, use frequency, and manufacture date. The determination of effective chlorine can help the nurses to control the quality of disinfectants,to use them more efficiently according the purpose and targets,and adjust the concentration in time in order to ensure the effect of disinfection.
