小肠内支撑排列治疗复杂的粘连性肠梗阻

Internal intestinal splinting in complex adhesive ileus

目的对复杂的粘连性肠梗阻患者采用小肠支撑内排列治疗,总结手术要点。方法回顾分析该科对13例复杂的粘连性肠梗阻患者采用支撑内排列小肠治疗的临床资料。结果采用小肠支撑内排列术能有效治疗复杂的粘连性肠梗阻,术后无复发,且能及早实施肠内营养。结论采用小肠内支撑排列治疗复杂的粘连性肠梗阻是经济有效的手术方法。

[Objectives] To summarize the operation experience of internal intestinal splinting in complex adhesive intestinal obstruction. [Methods] The clinical data of 13 patients with postoperative complex adhesive intestinal obstruction who underwent internal intestinal splinting were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Internal intestinal splinting was effective means for complex adhesive and no intestinal obstruction occurred. The patients could obtain enteral nutrition in time by the internal stenting tube. [Conclusions] Internal intestinal splinting was an economical and effective operative treatment for complex adhesive intestinal obstruction.
