摘要
最初．中国20世纪60年代的文化大革命，使我对批判思考做了准备。但是，我是在美国或者说西方的学习和工作中，更好地获得了关于批判性的理解。所以．对我来说，批判性的构成意义，或许与我所经历过的西方或者说在特定时段里的有关定义相关。
Initially, the Great Cultural Revolution in the 1960＇s China prepared me for critical thinking. However, I acquired a better understanding of criticality while studying and working in the United States or generally the West; thus, for me, what constituted criticality had perhaps a lot to do with the West I was experiencing or how it was defined at a given moment.
