Industrial heritage is a special language of a city as well as a kind of special historic memory and landscape. It is of great economic, social and human and ecological benefits. For industrial heritages, either already confirmed or not yet confirmed, we should take a more flexible way to protect them from a broader aspect and tap the potential value of the industrial heritages and treat the civilization in the course of national development with a correct view.
