倒扒狮街区是安庆市现有的最古老的传统商业街区,亦是安庆市目前保存历史遗存最多和文化内涵最为丰富的历史街区。近年来由于缺乏统一的规划控制和周边环境的变化倒扒狮街区原有的传统风貌和商业文化正面临严重衰退。应正确处理好传统风貌保护与现代化发展的关系,充分挖掘历史文化内涵,保护和强化历史风貌,增强街区活力,从物质环境改善、社会环境改善、历史风貌特色保护及传统商业文化延续等多个方面进行综合的保护与整治。

Daopashi Street Block is the oldest traditional commercial street block as well as the best preserved street block with the richest historical heritage and cultural connotation in Anqing. In recent years its existing traditional styles and features as well as the commercial culture have seriously faded away due to the lack of uniform planning control and the change of the surrounding environment. Therefore it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between the preservation of traditional features and modern development, exploit the historical cultural connotation, preserve and strengthen the historical features, strengthen the vitality of the street blocks, carry out comprehensive preservation and improvement on physical environment, social environment, historical features and continuation of traditional commercial culture, etc.
