积玉桥地区规划方案整合三维空间分析

武昌积玉桥地区位于武汉市“两江四岸”核心景观区内。为保证该滨江地区城市景观的连续性和完整性,需要对该地区2004年陆续报批的多个规划方案进行空间整合,重点对建筑高度、布局形式、沿江整体空间形象等问题进行整体研究和论证。基于VRGIS技术开发的规划方案三维空间景观分析系统能为城市设计控制与规划管理提供科学依据。

Jiyuqiao District of Wuchang is located in the central landscape area of ＂Two Rivers and Four Banks＂ in Wuhan city. To ensure the continuity and integrity of the urban landscape in the waterfront area, it is necessary to carry out spatial conformity of the many plans that have been approved ever since 2004. Emphasis is laid on the study and demonstration on the height of the buildings, arrangement pattern, overall spatial image alongside the river, etc. The analysis system of 3D-scenario for planning developed on the basis of VRGIS technology is able to provide scientific evidence for the design control and planning management in urban planning.
