摘要
现有公共建筑物停车场配建指标体系已不能适应现状的要求,集中体现为:标准明显偏低、不能体现城市不同区位的差别、标准单一等。应结合建筑物土地利用性质、车辆停放特征及城市不同区位条件制定配建停车场公共建筑物分类依据,针对住宅、商业、教育、旅游等用地类型的发展变化和车辆停放规律的特点进行配建停车位公共建筑物分类。
The existing index system for construction of supporting parking lots for public buildings can no longer meet the demand of the present situation. This is mainly reflected by the fact that the criterion is one fold, obviously low and fails to show the difference between different locations in the city. Consideration should be given to the land use nature of the bullding, vehicle parking characteristics and conditions of different locations of the city in working out the basis for classification of parking lots for buildings. Classification of public buildings with supporting parking lots should be made according to the development and change as well as the parking habits for buildings for different purposes such as residential buildings, commercial buildings, education and tourist facilities, etc.
