This article aims to interpret and compare administration buildings in China and Western countries. It profoundly clarifies the vicissitudes of administration buildings in China and Western countries from perspectives of ideology, cultural tradition, social economic structure and political system. The author studied the space essence of administration buildings and farecasted the tendency of development in the future.
