腹腔热灌注化疗治疗小鼠腹腔肿瘤的研究 被引量:2

An experimental study of intraperitoneal chemohyperthermic perfusion(IPCH)in treatment of implanted cancer of visceral cavity in mice

摘要 选用可移植性小鼠结肠癌 C_(26)细胞,接种于 BALB/C 小鼠腹腔,模拟消化道肿瘤术后腹腔种植转移的发生过程。不同时期给予不同浓度药物治疗,腹腔灌注温度41.5℃,治疗40分钟。结果:接受治疗的各组小鼠中位生存期较单纯化疗、热疗及对照组延长(P<0.05)。灌注液相同时,接种后早期治疗(当天和3~4天)较晚期治疗(7~8天)生存期明显提高(P<0.05)。接种后同一时间接受治疗时,高浓度阿霉素(5μg/ml)灌注组较低浓度阿霉素(2.5μg/ml)组生存期延长,但无统计学意义。在灌注液、接种天数均相同时,加用吐温80组生存期显著提高(P<0.05)。实验证明,腹腔热灌注化疗对小鼠腹腔肿瘤(C_(26))治疗有效。 The mice colon carcinoma C_(26) cells were implanted to visceral cavity of mice to form a model of abdominal metastasis cancer.Then the mice were treated with IPCH therapy,the perfusion so- lution was including the Adriamycin(2.5μg/ml~5.0μg/ml),Tween 80 and circular hot—water for last- ing 40 minutes which made the intraperitoneal temperature reaching 41.5℃.The experiment showed that after IPCH therapy,the survival period of mice was longer than control group(P<0.05).When the perfusion starts earlier,the effect will be better.We believe the IPCH is an effective method for abdomi- nal metastasis cancer of mice.
