摘要
目的:探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止49天以内妊娠的护理方法。方法:我站在2006年1～9月共有356例孕妇采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止49天以内妊娠。结果:310例患者顺利排出胎囊。结论:护理人员在用药期间观察和全面了解药物的疗效及副作用,加强药物流产期间的用药指导、心理护理及药物流产后加强指导可防止感染以及大出血的发生,这些都是药物流产取得成功的重要环节。
Objective： To investigate a nursing method of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in the termination of pregnancy within 49 days. Methods： 356 pregnant women were given Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in the termination of pregnancy within 69 days. Results： Among the 356 pregnant women, 310 successfully ejected placentae. Conclusion： Nurses can observe and know the therapeutic effects and sideeffects during medication.So it is a key link of successful medicamentous abortion（MA） to strengthen administration instructing and psychological nursing during MA and after MA.
