摘要
报告１９８５～１９９２年治疗２６例（３９肢）先天性桡侧轴旁缺损随访结果。男２０例，女６例。年龄１．５～１０岁。桡骨完全缺损１７肢，部分缺损８肢，发育不良１４肢。手术治疗共３１人次。２９个手术有随访结果，随访时间２～８年。主要手术为手腕中央化，共１５人次，优良率为８０％。２～４岁为手腕中央化最佳年龄。保留腕关节适量活动有利于手功能发挥。为保证腕尺关节良好对位，术中应摄片检查。术后长期坚持夜间使用腕托固定是防止畸形复发的重要措施。
Twentysixcases(39limbs)ofparaxialradialhemimeliatreatedbetween1985and1992werereviewed.Therewere20boysand6girlswithageranged1.5to10years.Completeabsenceoftheradiuswasseenin17limbs,partialabsencein8andhypoplasiain14.Totalythirtyoneoperationswereperformedand29caseswerefolowed upfor2to8years.Themajoroperationswerecentralizationofthecarpus.Fifteenlimbswithcentralizationofthecarpusmadeanexcelentandgoodrateof80%.Theoptimalageforoperationisbe tween2and4years.Preservationofsomemobilityofthewristisbeneficialtoexecutionofhandfunctions.Inordertoensureagoodalignmentofthewrist,intraoperativeradiographsshouldbetaken.Itisimportanttouseasplintregularlyatnightforaprolongedperiodoftimetopreventrecurenceofthedeformitypostoperatively.
