摘要 Successful CACT cooperation The crude oil production from the cooperative oil fields of CACT Group in Huizhou was accumulated to 400 million barrels on November 28, 2006, a remarkable achievement carried into the development history of CNOOC. Founded in 1984 under the oil contracts and joint operation agreement, CACT Group is an international consortium led by CNOOC with participation of three other famous international oil companies - Agip, Chevron and Texaco. CNOOC owns a 51 percent stake in the joint venture while the three foreign companies aggregately hold the remaining 49 percent.
