摘要
文章探讨了心理咨询师职业枯竭的成因与对策。心理咨询师产生职业枯竭的原因有:心理咨询的职业特点、心理咨询师的个体因素和社会因素。心理咨询师职业枯竭的应对策略包括:培养咨询师的积极认知,寻求外部社会支持、补充技术资源、学会自我调节等。
Burnout has been explored for many years in the western countries. It has gained more and more recognition in our country. Mental consultation is one of vocations which are most easy to bring about job burnout. In this paper, the author explores the causes and countermeasures of job burnout of mental counselor. The causes involve the characteristic of consultation and the private factors of mental counselors,and social factors etc. Therefore,firstly, we need change the understanding of mental counselor. Secondly, it is important to find social support and supply technical resources. At last ,mental counselor should adjust their own psychology.
