The improvement and all-round development of the ideological and political qualities of probationary party members among college students are keys to the prosperity of CPC （Communist Party of China） and our nation. With the knowledge of psychological science, this essay analyzes the psychological characteristics of probationary party members among college students. Meanwhile, this article makes an exploration into some effective approaches to innovating educational modes for probationary party members among college students and hence to enhancing the education of them by observing the laws of psychological science.
