摘要
从个体心理素质结构的三大要素入手,分析了博士后心理健康、心理品质、心理能力上的特点,以探讨在博士后培养管理中建立相应的措施。
From perspectives of the three factors of the structure of individual psychological quality, this article firstly analyzes the characteristics of post-doctors in light of psychological health, quality and abilities as well. On the basis of the analysis, the author then makes a probe into the corresponding measures employed in the management of post-doctoral education.
