摘要
作者报告天津医院骨科１９７０～１９９０年收治骨原发纤维和纤维组织细胞源骨肿瘤共１５８例，本系骨肿瘤为三大主要骨原发肿瘤系之一，但文献中对本系各骨肿瘤的报告比其他两系即骨及软骨源系各瘤均少。作者对此系５个肿瘤的临床与病理材料作介绍分析并对有关问题加以讨论；作者不同意把骨巨细胞及Ｅｗｉｎｇ氏瘤也列入本系统内。并提出长骨骨化性纤维瘤实质上是纤维异样增殖症处于活动期的表现，也不同意目前另立良性纤维组织细胞瘤病名。
Onehundredandfifty-eightcaseswithbonetumoroffibrousandfibrohistiocyticcelsoriginadmittedtotheDepartmentofOrthopaedicsofTianjinHospitalbetween1970and1990werere-viewedandtheclinicalfeaturesandtreatmentwereanalysed.Theauthorpointedoutthatthetumorsoffibrousandfibrohistiocyticcelsoriginwereoneofthethreemaincategoriesofprimarybonetumors,buttheywerelessreportedthanthoseoriginatedfromboneandcartilageintheliteratures.Inthisse-ries,5tumorswereclassifiedasfibrousandfibrohistiocyticorigin,DiferentiationofMFHismainlybasedonthehistologiccriteria,abiphasicpaternofgrowthwithtumorspindlefibroblast-likeandhis-tiocytic-likecomponent.Theauthorrecognizedtheossifingfibromaoflongboneisactualyanactivestageoffibrousdisplaysia,andalsodisagreewiththebenignfibroushistiocytomaasanindependenttu-mor.
