摘要 金属切削机床是现代制造业的重要加工设备,其加工的质量和效率与机床人机系统的总体效能有密切关系。尤其是融合了现代高新技术的数控机床,其本身的人机系统设计就是一个重要的课题,应根据机床自动控制和人工控制功能的不同特点进行人机功能的合理分配。并搞好人机界面设计。本文分析了数控金属切削机床的人机系统中人与机的各自特性,并对人机界面设计的一些问题做出了探讨。 Metal cutting machine tool Is the Important equipment In modern manufacturing, Its working quality and efficiency depend greatly on the general effect of the man-machine system of the machine tool, As to the numeric control machine tool concluding the modern technology, Its man-machine system Is an Important project, Designer should distribute the function according to the features of the automatic control and the manual control, and design the man- machine Interface well, This paper analysis the features of the operator and the machine in the numeric control machine tool system, and discuss some problems In the Interface design.
