摘要
山西河坡发电有限责任公司3#、4#锅炉存在结焦严重、NOx排放浓度高、炉墙振动大等问题。通过改造燃烧器、削减卫燃带、加装吹灰器以及煤场配煤、优化燃烧等措施,解决了这些难题。本文可为解决同类型锅炉的结焦和降低NOx排放提供借鉴,也为燃用无烟煤锅炉的设计提出了合理化建议。
Some problems, such as serious slagbonding, high dense discharge of NO2 and vibration of boiler walls, once existed in 3^#, 4^# boilers in Shanxi Heop Power Generstion Co. Ltd. Through the renovation of combustor, cutting down the zone of combustion protection, installing moer ash-blowers and reinforcing coal mixing and optimizing combustion, these problems have been solved. This article may offer some reference for solving the same kind of problem and also puts forward xome reasonable praposals for the designing of smokeless coal boiler.
