摘要
配电网自动化充分利用现代电子技术、通讯技术、计算机及网络技术,实现配电系统正常运行及事故情况下的监测、保护、控制和配电管理的现代化。本文讨论了县级城网配电自动化系统的整体结构及各个层次的设计思路,力求系统合理、可靠,并适应配电自动化系统建设分期投入,分步实施的要求。
By making full use of modem electronic, communications, and computer and network technol- ogy, transformer substation automation can ensure power distribution system's normal operation and the surveying, protecting, and controlling in case of accidents and the modernization of distribution management. The paper discusses the entire structure and design idea of automatic power grid distribution system at county-level, which are reguired to be reasonable, reliable and to meet the needs of investing in instalment and implementing step by step.
