摘要
电网企业是技术密集型与资产密集型企业,其管理的科学性、可持续发展性的研究是一个永恒的主题。随着电力体制改革的深化,厂网放开后,输配分开也已正式提上议事日程,电网企业生产经营的自主性和独立性逐渐增强,同时自身发展也面临着更大的压力和外部环境的挑战。加强人力资源管理,改进组织行为,提高绩效,成为地市级电网企业的当务之急。
Power grid enterprises are dense in technology and capital. The study of the science and sustainable development of their management is an everlasting theme. As the deepening of the reform of the electric power system, the separation of power transmission and distribution is becoming more and more necessary. Power grid enterprises have gained more independence in production and distribution, and at the same time they are facing more pressure and challenges from outside. In order to meet the needs of new situations, how to strengthen manpower resources management, and improve the organization and the effect has been the urgent affairs at prefecture-level grid enterprises.
