摘要
介绍了华能福州电厂二期2×350 MW机组采用西门子T—XP DCS实现燃烧控制的系统整体设计,并对设计中具有特色的控制回路进行了分析。此外,对燃烧空气系数校正回路原设计缺陷的原因以及优化方案进行了详细讨论,优化方案投入实际应用后,取得了良好效果。
The integral design of combustion control system realized by adopting T - XP type distributed control system (DCS) from Siemens AG for 2 X 350 MW units in second - phase project of Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant has been presented, and the control circuit with distinctive features in the design being analysed. In addition, the causes and optimization scheme of defects in the original design for combustion air coefficient correction circuit have been discussed in detail, after putting the optimization scheme into practical application, good results have been obtained.
