摘要
通过对600 MW机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉的前屏过热嚣在BMCR、BRL(不投油最大稳燃负荷)、100%ECR、滑压75%、滑压50%、高压加热器切除6种典型工况的三维壁温计算,得到了各工况下前屏过热器典型三维壁温分布及最高壁温高发生的部位和最高壁温值。根据分隔屏过热器的壁温计算结果,对过热器的设计和选材提出了优化设计方案。
Through three-dimensional tube - wall temperature calculation of the front panel superheater for a tangential firing boiler of 600 MW unit under six operating con-ditions,namely BMCR,BRL, 100 % ECR, 75 % sliding pressure. 50 % sliding pressure, and cut - off of the high - pressure beater, a typical three - dimensional tube - wall temperature distribution of the front panel superheater, and positions at which the highest tube - wall temperature being occurred, as well as values of the highent tube - wall temperature under various operating conditions have been obtained. Based on results of calculating the tubewall temperature of the superheater with dividing panel,a optimi-zing design scheme has been put forward for designing the superheater and selecting the materials used.
