摘要
与一般机械设备中的摩擦副不同,航天器摩擦副往往处于微重力下的独特工作环境。现对航天器摩擦副进行微重力条件下的摩擦学理论分析,建立了一个二维模型并求解了雷诺方程,以研究微重力状态对摩擦副摩擦学特性的影响。研究结果显示,由于微重力的影响,摩擦副的油膜压力分布有较大幅度的变化,并严重影响了油膜承载能力。
Different with the friction pairs in the common mechanical equipments, the friction pairs of the spaceflight work on the special environment of micro-gravity. In this paper, based on the different topology of the lubricant surface, a two-dimensional numerical model was developed for the hydrodynamic lubrication analysis of the friction pairs under micro-gravity condition and the Reynold's equation was solved. The analysis shows that the pressure distribution and bearing ability of the friction pairs significantly depends on the gravity state. The research for tribological characteristic on micro-gravity condition is necessary since there is great different between micro-gravity environment and ground environment.
