中国英语的概念虽然目前在学术界还没有公认的定论,但它确实是不同于中国式英语、带有中国特色的客观存在的一种语言形式。其词汇的显著特点是词汇语义重复,具体表现为名词结构、形容词、副词、同义词等的重复；其句法也是以累赘、复杂为其根本特点,具体表现在多用名词结构,句式不够简练、不够明了等。

At present, there is no acknowledged final conclusion on the concept of China English in the academia. But it is re ally a kind of language form with distinct Chinese characteristics. Its glossary prominent characteristic is repeated semanteme, such as the repetition of noun structure, adjective, adverbial word, synonym, etc. its syntax characteristics is encumbrance and complexity such as too much noun structure and too complex sentences, etc.
