用热媒（可燃性液体）做介质对在线五个反应釜夹套和四个蒸发器进行了耐压试验．建立了一套比较完整的试验方法（包括操作方法、注意事项等），这在全国同行业中尚属首次．并且可推广到类似情况的压力容器耐压试验上．

Using ignitable liquid Heat Transfer Medium (HTM or DOWTHERM)as test medium,to test the pressure bearing of five heat jackets and four evaporators on line.It was the first time in domestic polyester factories.A complete test method including operating manual and notice,which can be used in pressure test of other similar pressure vessel and condition is established.
