摘要
本实验采用以过二硫酸铵为主体的混合氧化剂,三氯化铁作插人剂的方法,制备石墨层间化合物(GIC)。探讨了混合氧化剂的浓度比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对制取石墨层间化合物的影响.从而得出最佳的制备条件是:过二硫酸铵与硫酸的质量比为1:3、插入剂与石墨的质量为1:6、反应时间15min、反应温度50℃。
This paper introduces an experiment in which we adopt the mixed oxidant using super ammonium bisulphide as the main body and iron trichloride as the intercalary agent to prepare graphite inter- laminar compound(GIC).The effect of the proportion of mixed oxidant,the reaction temperature and other factors on the preparation of graphite inter laminar compound is investigated and thus the optimum conditions for preparation were obtained:the ratio of sulphuric acid and super ammonium bisulphide is 1:3,the quantity of intercalary agent is 1/5~1/6 of graphite,the reaction time is 15 minutes and the reaction temperature is 50℃.
