摘要
经济发展落后、社会问题突出、人与自然关系失调是农村社会不和谐发展的表现;机制建设不健全是导致农村社会不和谐发展的主要原因;加强流动机制、利益调整机制、矛盾疏导机制、控制机制等机制体系建设是促成和谐新农村建设的关键。
The elements of incompatibility,like undeveloped economy, serious social problems, and the worsening relationship between mankind and nature all contribute to the inharmony in the countryside.In order to build a harmonious new countryside,we must commence the valid mechanism construction which involves the new mechanism of benefits readjustment, contradiction resolution, and effective control.
