摘要
文章分析了高校体制改革新模式下图书馆流通服务的特点、图书馆员的素质要求,指出了管理模式的创新、工作人员综合素质的提高和服务意识的转变是发挥图书馆流通读者服务功能的前提。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of circulation services in library and quality requirements of librarians under new system of university education.It puts forward that the premise to exert the function of reader service of the circulation in university library is to innovate the management mode, improve the comprehensive qualities of librarians and transform the consciousness of service.
