摘要
文章重点介绍了图式理论对报刊阅读课程教学的启示,提出英美报刊阅读不仅是一个解词释义的过程,更是已有图式与文章新信息结合的过程。鉴于现有知识对报刊英语阅读的重要作用,文章强调教师在教学中应激活学生头脑中已有的图式,培养他们关注时事,广泛阅读的习惯,以期达到满意的报刊阅读效果。
This paper is to deal with the application of schema in British and American news reading.News reading,a common practice to native speakers,is not easy to English major students.Schema argues that reading is not only a process of comprehension or discourse analysis,but also a process of interacting on each other between the existed schemata and the new information from the reading materials.
