摘要
本文通过差示扫描量热(DSC)和凝胶化两种方法,分别计算了烯丙基苯基化合物改性双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂固化反应动力学参数。前者通过多元线性同归,可求得表观活化能(E)、频率因子(A)和反应级数(n);后者只求得表观活化能,但二者结果一致。结果还表明,随树脂中改性剂含量提高,活化能降低。
The kinetic parameters of curing reaction of bismaleimide resin modified with a allyl phenyl compound were calculated by means of differential scannng calorimetry (DSC) and gelation time method respectively. Active energy (E), frequency factor (A) and raction order (n) were obtained by means of DSC, through multivariate linear regression, where as only active energy(E)was obtained by means of gelation time method, and the result showed little difference with that obtained by means of DSC. The active energy was lowered with the increase of the modifier in the resin.
