摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱测定护肝宁片中丹篸素钠及原儿茶醛的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法色谱柱:依利特,BDS(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-2‰磷酸(3:3:94);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:280nm;柱温:30℃。结果:加样回收率考察,丹参素钠平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=0.88%;原儿茶醛为98.3%,RSD=1.40%,(n=6)。结论:本方法准确可靠,可作为护肝宁片的含量测定方法。
Aim: To establish a method for determination of the contents of prototaeehualdehyde and solvianic A in Hugannin tablet. Method: The determination was carried out by HPLC with Symmertry C18 column BDS (5μm, 4.6mm×250mm); The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH - CH3CN - 0.2%H3PO4 (3:3:94) and flow rate was 1 ml/min. The column temperature was 30℃ and detective wavelength was 230nm. Result: The average recovery was 99.6% for salvianic A, RSD =0.88%; 98.3% for protoatechualdehyde, RSD = 1.40% (n = 60). Conclusion:The deteramination methods are simple, accurate and reproducible. They can be used for the determination of Hugannin tablet.
