摘要
对社会转型期我国篮球后备人才培养的管理体制和市场交流机制进行了初步探讨。认为:我国篮球后备人才培养体制由单一、封闭模式向多元、开放模式发展,建立多渠道、多形式的多元培养体制是大势所趋;进而提出合理化建议。
The management system of cultivating reserve talents of basketball and market exchange mechanism are primary explored in this paper, under the background of our society in transition. The author thinks that our cultivating system is developing from single and closed mode to multiple and opening one; its developing trend is to establish a multiple cultivating system with diverse ways and alternative styles.
