摘要
以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用Sol-gel法,制备了纳米TiO2-ZnO膜,通过TG-DTA,透射电子显微镜(TEM),X-射线粉末衍射对TiO2膜进行了结构表征。对废水中S2-进行光催化氧化,采用亚甲基蓝分光光度法对废水中的S2-进行测定。研究表明:焙烧温度450°C,提拉次数为5,制备的复合材料膜具有较好的光催化活性和牢固性。在实验的浓度范围内,反应服从零级反应动力学规律,对废水中S2-的处理降解率达到88.90%,和纯纳米TiO2膜相比降解率提高了22%。
Using Ti (OC4H9)4 as raw material, nanometer TiO2-ZnO film was prepared by sol-gel method, and characterized by TG-DTA, TEM and X-ray diffraction. The content of S^2- in waste water was determined adopting spectrophotometric method with methylene blue as calorant TiO2 film calcined at 450 ℃ and pulling five times was very solid and displayed good photo-catalytic activity. The reaction was Zero-ordered,and the catalyst prepared from nanometer TiO2 doped with Zn had the best enhancement effect. The rate of degradation of S^2- in waster water was 88.9 % and was increased 22 % comparing with pure nanometer TiOz film.
