摘要
采用熔融缩聚法合成了PEG(1)-己二酸酐(2)聚合物。考查了反应温度、反应时间、真空度及物料配比等因素的影响,实验结果表明:在反应温度为200°C,反应时间为90 min,真空度22.7Pa,n(1)∶n(2)=1∶20条件下,聚合物的相对分子质量达6000以上。通过FT IR对合成产物进行了表征。
Poly (PEG (1) -adipic anhydride (2)) was synthesized by melt polycondensation. The affects of vacuum, temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of the raw materials on the reaction were studied. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 200 ℃, the reaction time was 90 min, thevacuum was 22.7 Pa and the molar ratio of (1) to (2) was 1 : 20. Under these conditions, the molecular weight of the product can be above 6000. The polymer was characterized by means of FTIP.
