摘要
在无溶剂存在、微波辐射协助下,以对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)为催化剂,4A分子筛作脱水剂,以月桂醇和硬脂酸为原料快速合成了硬脂酸月桂醇酯。讨论了醇酸物质的量比、微波功率、辐射时间和催化剂用量对反应的影响。经正交实验得出合成最佳条件为:醇酸摩尔比1∶1.1、PTSA占原料总质量的1.5%、微波功率270±10 W、辐射时间20 min,产率可达95%。
Dodeeyl stearic acid ester was rapidly prepared by estefifieation of dodeeanol and stearie acid in the presence of p-toluene sulfonie acid (PTSA) catalyst and 4A moleetdar sieve as dehydrator, under microwave irradiation. The effects of molar ratio of dodeeanol to stearie acid, microwave power, irradiation time and amount of catalyst on yield were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1 : 1.1, the amount of the catalyst was 1.5 %, the microwave power was 270 ±10 W, and the irradiation time was 20 min. The yield of ester was over 95 %.
