应用ＵＮＩＦＡＣ官能团法计算相平衡数据为基础，给出了使用甲醇和异丁烯合成ＭＴＢＥ物系的官能团拆分结果和相平衡数据的计算方法。并使用改进三对角矩阵方法对合成ＭＴＢＥ的反应精馏塔进行了计算和模拟。模拟了不同压力、不同回流比、不同空速下的反应精馏结果。证明了ＵＮＦＡＣ方法在醚化物系中应用的有效性，解决了此类物系的反应精馏模拟因相平衡数据缺乏而难以计算的问题。

UNIFAC method is used to give equilibrium data of catalitic distillation column of synthesis of MTBE from nethanol and iC,Based on which the catalitic distillation column of the synthesis of MTBE is simulated by the modified method of three-diagonal matrix under the conditions of different pressure,different reflux ratio and different space velocity. This proves the effectiveness of UNWAC method for etherification system.
