大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征疗效观察

The superiority and curative effect of the GBS treated with large does of gamma globulin

目的观察大剂量丙种球蛋白(IVIG)治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征(Guillain-BarreSyndrome,GBS)的临床疗效。方法应用IVIG治疗20例(观察组)GBS患者,与20例(对照组)应用激素治疗GBS患者进行比较。结果IVIG观察组按功能评定的临床分级及治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肌力改善、感觉恢复等时间比对照组明显缩短,但2组临床有效率比较差异无统计学意义。结论观察组疗程短及痊愈时间明显优于对照组,并发症发生率低,治疗效果较好,为治疗GBS最有效的方法之一。

Objective To observe the superiority and curative effect of the GBS treated with large does of gamma globulin. Methods 20 eases with GBS（treated group）were treated with IVIG and methylprednisolone,whom were compared with 20 cases with GBS treated with steroid（contrast group）. Results Clinical grading scale and time of appearing effect of IVIG-treated groups were superior to those of contrast group. The time of muscle and sense perceplion recovery was obviously shortened in treated group than in contrast group,but there was no statistical significance in clinical therapeutic effectiveness between two groups . Conclusion The findings show that the less complications and shorter curative time,and cure effect in freated groups are superior to those of contrast groups（P〈0.05）So it is one of the best effective methods to treat GBS.
