摘要
目的研制复方地塞米松乳膏并制订其质量可控方法。方法以地塞米松磷酸钠为主药制备乳膏，采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果地塞米松磷酸钠检测浓度线性范围为6.0～90ug·ml^-1（r=0．9999，n=5），平均回收率为100．75％（RSD=0．70％。n=9）。结论复方地塞米松乳膏制备方法简便，性质稳定，质量可控。
OBJECTIVE To prepare compound dexamethasone cream and to establish its quality control method, METHODS The cream was prepared with dexamethasone as the principal agents,the content of which was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The linear concentration range of dexamethasone was 6.0-90ug · ml^-1 （ r =0. 9999, n = 5 ） ,and the average recovery was 100.75%（ RSD =0. 70%, n =9）, CONCLUSION The cream is simple in preparation,stable in quality,accu rate and reliable in assaying method.
