复杂的开放性眼外伤的早期玻璃体切除术

Early vitrectomy for open complex ocular trauma.

目的探讨早期应用玻璃体切除手术对复杂的开放性眼外伤的临床治疗效果。方法86例86眼复杂的开放性眼外伤，在早期进行伤口修复、晶状体摘出、视网膜脱离复位术及眼内异物摘出时，联合施行玻璃体切除术的效果作回顾性分析。结果本组86眼中术后20眼视力≥0．5（23．26％），50眼视力0．05～0．4（58．14％），16眼视力〈0．04（18．60％）。结论早期玻璃体切除术治疗复杂的开放性眼外伤是较好的方法，可使多次手术一次完成，保存和提高视力的效果较为满意。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of early vitrectomy on open complex ocular trauma. Methods Retrospectively analyze of effects of early vitrectomy with early wound repair. the lens＇s taking out. retinal detachment repairs and eye＇s internal exotic objects＇ taking out. on 86 cases of open complex ocular trauma. Results After the operations, in the 86 eases. 20 eyes＇ visual accuity are above 0.6（23.26% ）. 50 eyes are between 0.1 and 0.5 （58.14%）. while 16 eyes are under 0.1 （18.60%）. Conclusions Vitrectomy is a better method to treat open complex ocular trauma. it can complete several operations at once. and is more satisfying in preserving and improving eysights.
