自动生成模具型腔和型芯软件的开发和应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATIONS OF AUTOMATIC GENERATING SOFTWARE FOR INJECTION MOULDING CORE AND CAVITY

开发了注塑模具型腔及型芯自动生成软件。该软件是基于Prism DDM图形软件系统平台,以塑料的收缩率为依据,采用分析设计语会DAL,将三维塑料制品的线框直接换算成型腔以及型芯的线框尺寸,实现了型腔/型芯的互相转换,并成功地处理了典型的实例。

The automatic generating software of injection moulding core and cavity was developed. It is on the basis of graph software system of Prism DDM, bases on plastic shrinkage, uses the design analytic language-DAL, converts the flame size of 3-d plastic parts into the size of core and cavity, realizes the transfer between core and cavity and has been succeeded with the panel of motorcycle.
