摘要
以马来酸酐为原料合成了马来酸二异丙酯(DIM)、将其用作高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的极性接技单体,以过氧化二异内苯(DCP)为引发剂,在单螺杆挤出机中进行熔融挤出反应,可得到高密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸二异丙酯(HDPE-g-DIM)产品。分析结果表明,DIM以共价键接枝到HDPE分子链上.研究了在一定条件下DIM和DCP用量对HDPE-g-DIM的接枝率和熔体流动速率的影响。
Di -isopropyl-maleate(DIM) was synthesized from maleic anhydride and was used as polar graft monomer of HDPE. HDPE grafted DIM product (HDPE-g-DIM) could be obtained by melt reactive extrusion at single screw extruder and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as initiator. The results showed that DIM was grafted on HDPE by covalent bond. The effects of DIM and DCP concentration on graft ratio and melt flow rate of HDPE-g-DIM were studied.
