加氢裂化装置压缩机三级气封泄漏分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对加氢裂化4M50型新氢往复式压缩机三级气封泄漏故障的现场调查,分析了压缩机气封泄漏的影响因素,并依靠生产现场验证出三级气封泄漏的主要原因为气封元件与活塞杆吻合不均匀和汽缸圆度磨损超标。通过采取相应措施,使压缩机运行周期由346 h延长到5 040 h。 Through the exam on leakage of seals of three stages of reciprocating compressor for new hydrocracking 4M50,the factor which the compressor gas seal leaks was analyzed. Based on the phenomena,the scene to confirm the primary factor which three stages of gas seals leak are both the gas seal part and the connecting rod tally the non-uniformity and the roundness of worn cylinder exceeding limited standards. Corresponding measures were taken for such leakages and the operation period of the compressor was prolonged from 346 h to 5 040 h.
